Theatre Policies

Show Interruptions: If a show is interrupted temporarily due to circumstances beyond our control, we look to the operating window of the feature as to whether or not the film can resume, or must be cancelled. Re-admission tickets and/or refunds are issued at the discretion of the on-duty manager.

Parking Lot Theft: We strongly recommend all patrons remove valuables from plain sight in their cars. We are not responsible for theft and/or damage to your vehicle.

Crying Babies and Noisy Children: We ask parents to remove crying babies and noisy children from the theater and take them to the lobby. If circumstances require that the family has to leave, re-admission tickets and/or a refund will be at the discretion of the on-duty manager.

Disruptive Patrons: If theatre staff discovers patron(s) who are disruptive in the theater, the offending patron(s) are issued one warning. A second offense will result in patron(s) being asked to leave the theatre. NO re-admission tickets and/or refunds will be issued.

Cell Phones: All patrons are required to turn off their cell phones before a feature. An offending patron may be asked to shut off the cell phone, or may be asked to leave, without a refund.

Film Piracy: The video taping or photographing of any portion of a film is illegal. An offending patron may be removed from the theater and subject to arrest.

Food: No outside food or drink is permitted to be brought into the theatre and must be consumed prior to entering. Those patrons with a medical condition requiring special food and/or drink are asked to speak with the on-duty manager.

Severe Weather: We reserve the right to shut down a film to warn the audience of severe weather situations (tornado).

Refusal of Admittance: We reserve the right to refuse admission to any party. At the manager’s discretion, patrons who appear to be intoxicated or otherwise disruptive to the general audience may be denied a ticket.

“R” Rating Policy: While we do not “card” all patrons at all times for “R” features, we do card individuals who appear to be under the MPAA ratings age groups. It is true that not all “R” rated films are created equal and we do redouble our efforts for “R” films of known extreme content. See our full R-Rated policy on our Rating Page.

Refund Policy: Generally, we will refund any patron who wishes to leave a film for any reason within the first 20 minutes of the presentation. After that time, the nature of the need for a refund is at the on-duty managers sole discretion. See our complete Refund Policy for details.

Special Needs: We are committed to helping those patrons with special needs. In all cases, it is suggested that you seek a management member for assistance. Early admission to a studio, handicapped seating, Assistive Listening Devices and other support will gladly be offered. Certified service animals are welcome.

Theatre 6: As this is the smallest cinema in the complex (a converted gameroom), some customers don’t like the studio. To find out if a showtime is playing in that cinema, click a showtime for the movie, at the top under the movie title and date it will display the auditorium number.
